BJP holds Core Committee meeting, candidates’ list for LS and Odisha assembly segments likely soon

The BJP’s checklist of candidates for the upcoming meeting and the remaining 3 Lok Sabha seats in Odisha is more likely to be launched quickly. Sources stated, the names of candidates have been finalised on the essential Core Committee assembly held at Delhi on Thursday.

Union Hom Minister Amit Shah, BJP nationwide president JP Nadda, BJP nationwide vice-president Baijayant Panda, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Odisha BJP chief, and different state leaders and election-in-charge for the state attended the Core Committee assembly.

The Core Committee assembly concluded after deliberations for over 5 hours.

Sources stated that the names of candidates will probably be launched after approval of the Central Election Committee. It’s anticipated that the names of candidates for 100 Odisha Meeting seats will probably be introduced quickly.

On March 24, the BJP introduced the checklist of candidates for 18 Lok Sabha seats in Odisha.

On March 27, Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik declared the names of 15 candidates for the Lok Sabha and 72 nominees for the Odisha Meeting elections.
