The fourth day of the opening Test saw a mix of audacity and grit from the left and right-hand combination of Rishabh Pant and Sarfaraz Khan. The New Zealand pacers failed to capitalize on the overcast conditions with the pair marshaling all the way to an unbridled 133-run fourth-wicket partnership before heavy showers forced early Lunch. One of the fans at a stand was seen asking the Indian captain which franchise he wished to go to for the IPL 2025. Although Rohit’s reply seemed bleak amidst the hoot at the venue, it heard, “kidhar chaiye bol” (which team you want). The guy urged him to join RCB with the IPL mega auction on the cards, prompting the Twitterverse into a frenzy.
