Ranchi: At the least 11 trains have been cancelled and 12 others diverted beneath the jurisdiction of South Japanese Railway (SER) and East Coast Railway (ECoR) in Jharkhand and Odisha, respectively, in view of an indefinite rail blockade known as by Kurmi organisations in three jap States from Wednesday.
