    Whereas Baripada continued to stay the most popular place within the state for the second consecutive day, mercury ranges soared to over 42 levels Celsius at 5 locations within the state. Baripada city recorded a most temperature of 41.4 levels Celsius on Monday.
    Baripada was adopted by Nuapada and Paralakhemundi cities at 42.4 levels every. Talcher and Boudh cities recorded a temperature of 42 levels Celsius, whereas it was 41.9 levels Celsius in Bhubaneswar and Malkangiri.
    In a bulletin, IMD’s Bhubaneswar Centre stated scorching and humid climate circumstances would prevail within the state for the subsequent 4 days.
