The accused Jagannath Kar (29) of Jhadanga village in Jajpur district, is an assistant instructor at Gopinath Jew nodal higher main faculty in Sridharpur and his spouse Rutupurna Pati (27) runs the YouTube channel – ‘ProAnswer’.
