Taking a touch from this, we ran a key phrase search on Google concerning the incident and located a report by native information outlet Kalinga TV printed on October 9, 2023. The visuals on this report resembled the viral video and the article acknowledged that the incident happened close to the RTO chowk in Balangir.
In accordance with the report, BJP Odisha’s state president Manmohan Samal and MP Sangeeta Singh Deo was rallying within the space when two different members Anant Das and Balram Singh Yadav tried to supply them a bouquet of flowers.
